Breaking: Ex-Agric commissioner, Odedina loses father

A notable community and religious leader from Abeokuta South and Obafemi-Owode local government of Ogun State, PA Odedina is dead.

PA Odedina who was the father of renowned Agriculturalist, and ex-Agric Commissioner, Dr. Adeola Samson Odedina, died at the age of 92 years.

Announcing the demise of his father in a statement released to newsmen in Abeokuta, Dr. Odedina said the Patriarch, passed on peacefully on Saturday, March 23, in his country home, Abeokuta.

“PA Odedina is survived by his wife, children, several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren,” he said adding that arrangements for the funeral would be announced later.
