Breaking: Ooni of Ife, wife welcome baby boy
If the news coming in from Ile Ife is anything to go by, then We can authoritatively reports that the wife of the Ooni of Ife, Olori Silekunola, has been delivered of a baby boy.
Recall that there had been speculations in the media about a new Ife prince recently where unconfirmed sources claimed the queen has put to bed before it later debunked to be untrue.
A post on the official handle of the referred monarch’s Instagram handle has finally confirmed that the indeed the prince is finally here.
The elated monarch, His Imperial Majesty, Ọ̀ọni Adeyẹ́yẹ̀ Ẹnitan Bàbátunde Ògúnwusi, Ọjàjà II, happily wrote:
“To God be the glory great things he has done.
Hearty congratulations to the entire House of Oduduwa and Olori Silekunola who today birthed a Prince to the Royal throne of Oduduwa.
Mother and child are doing well to the glory of God Almighty”
